Manager (Technical) from applicants who have competent in the  written examination for  Indian Engineering Services (IES) (Civil) performed by UPSC in 2011 and have not been finally elected or those who have declined the offer of UPSC, after selection :-

• Dy. Manager (Technical) : 20 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.5400/-, Age : 35 years.
