Applications are accepted from single Male applicants for Enrolment as Sailors for Sailor - Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR) - 1/2013 Batch. Course Commencing February 2013.
Age : Candidates to be born amid 01 February 1992 to31 January 1996; both dates inclusive)
Educational Qualifications: 10+2 (comparable skilled with compulsory subjects Maths, and Physics, optional subjects Chemistry/ Biology/ Computers science.
Pay : For the duration of the initial training time they will be paid Rs.5700/-PM, on end of initial training they will be posted in the regular pay scale of Rs.5200-20200 plus Grade Pay Rs.2000/- plus MSP Rs.2000/- plus allowances as allowable.
Selection criterion: Selection of staff is based on the order of merit on their recital in Written Test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in the Medical Examinations.
