The Faculty of Medicine accepting resumes for the Post of Administrative Assistant.
Reporting to the Administrative Services Manager, Faculty of Medicine and working directly with other staff members in the Administrative Support Services Team, this post will afford support to the faculty member(s) of Medicine in the areas of research, clinical or a amalgamation of both research and clinical works.
As an Administrative Assistant you will manage multiple, conflicting and shifting precedence while working within the structure of the University of Calgary policies and procedures, with regulations of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta and Alberta College of Family Physicians. Even as providing the excellent customer service and administrative skills, you will frequently be called upon to exercise judgment within these reputable guidelines.
Qualifications / Requirements:-
- Minimum 12 diploma supplemented with 2-4 years working knowledge with major administrative experience with extremely developed managerial skills.
- Good communication skills are a stipulation.
- Proven skill to work in competition.
- Knowledge with electronic medical records in clinical positions would be an plus point.
