Dear students as we all know that Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, an autonomous body, is a main department which declares the new job openings time to time.  This time IBPS is inviting application form for the posts of Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs).

The subsequently Online CWE for RRBs (RRBs CWE-V) for staffing of Group-A Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group-B Office-Assistants (Multipurpose) will be performed online by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) hesitantly in November and December 2016.


IBPS has been authorized and has established orders to perform Common Written Examination (CWE) for the vacancies of Officers and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) for 56 Regional Gramin Banks.

Procedure of Selection:

Any adequate applicant, who desires to adhere any of the Regional Rural Banks listed at (A) as Group “A”-Officers (ScaleI, II & III) and Group “B”-Office Assistants (Multipurpose), is requisite to schedule for the Common Recruitment Process (CWE for RRBs-V).

For the vacancies of Officers Scale I and Office Assistants (Multi-purpose) the test will be two tiers i.e. the online test will be detained in two segments, first round and main. Applicants who pertain for the position of Office Assistants (Multi-purpose) will be conditionally allotted on the origin of the marks get by them in the Main examination and the posts reported by the RRBs.

For the vacancy of Officers Scale I, applicants who will be eligible in first round examination and shortlisted will have to emerge for Main examination and shortlisted applicants in the main examination will later be identified for a Common Interview to be corresponding by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in discussion with apposite authority.

Applicants who concern for Scale II (Generalist and Specialists) and Scale III Officers vacancies will come out for a single online examination and shortlisted applicants in the single test will later be called for a Common Interview to be managed by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the assist of NABARD and IBPS in discussion with apposite authority.
